Oxidizing (QPQ)

This also a salt bath process and part of Nitriding process. After completion of salt bath Nitriding the parts will quenched directly in to oxidizing bath, operating at the temperature of 380 degree - 400 degree C soaking for a 30 minutes and cooling water quickly in Nitriding and it Saturates with oxygen thus increase in the overall corrosion resistance of treated parts. After oxidizing process the part will have uniform and good black in color
